GourdMaster™ Formula 49 is the product you’ve been waiting for! It is both a Gourd Shell Conditioner and an Ink Dye medium, and has so many uses!
Just like Gourd Wax and Protecting Wax, Formula 49 can be applied as a base coat to condition the gourd shell so that Ink Dyes go on with smooth, even color, but unlike wax, Formula 49 allows you to varnish over the top!
Formula 49 can also be used for diluting or lightening Ink Dye colors, and to blend Ink Dye colors together so that you get a smooth transition from one color to the next.

Submit Your Artwork!
Submit a photo of your gourd art featuring the NEW Metallic Gourd Inks and we will post it on our web site along with a link to your web site!
Simply email us a few clear photos with good lighting (preferable taken outdoors on a solid background like a cloth or sheet), along with a list of the new Metallic Ink colors you used, before August 31st, 2009! In your email be sure to:
- attach one or more nice quality photos of your gourd art in .jpg format
- include your full name and where you are from (city and state)
- list the names of NEW metallic inks you used and where they are on your gourd
- your web site URL (optional)
